Development of existing site

The site is written in php and MySQL would like to develope the site further by adding new sports. I would like to build a golf section which would include PGA tour events and European tour events the winning bidder should be aware that this is an extensive job and previous results going back in history and will need to be inputted. the back end will also be needed altered acordingly. Design will be left up to the winning bidder but should be in keeping with the current site. The original developers were situated in India so have only made available from individuals from this country.

The site is a personal project and privately funded thus has no income. Because of this the highest bidders will all be declined automatically due to financial constrains.
