Development of branding site in Wordpress

We want our existing site developed in Wordpress 3, in order we can update it more easily and add a blog.

We can supply the html files / graphics / flash etc to you. Please quote to develop site (exactly as is) in Wordpress, and populate with content as existing. The portfolio viewers are flash files which we update using a config.xml file. If this can be done in a simpler way then we are happy for you to advise.

We need to be able to update:
- all the content on website ourselves (need up to 9 boxes on homepage).
- add new pages within main menu (top left), and sub menu (eg client list within case studies / work)
The site needs to be built by someone who knows how to make type look great on screen (currently there are issues with how Q font displays).
