Develop Websites for Startup Company

Develop an online directory style website as part of a suite of three websites to be developed in total. I am looking for individuals interested in developing and launching the websites and company with me and receiving the fee with bonuses as income is received. Income streams are annual subscripitions, email marketing and fixed fee payments amongst others. I am looking for someone long term, not only to develop the sites but maintain and support them too.
