Design WordPress site/theme - gambling review site

Hi, I would like someone to design me a new site using WordPress. I am happy to look at using any theme as long as it is fast.

The site is a gambling review website. I have all content on an existing live site. I can show ideas of what I like on other sites but I am expecting you to show me design for the front page and internal pages. Colours to use will be black, grey and orange.

The site needs to be fast. To load in under 5 seconds on Google test my site - https://testmysite.withgoogle.com

What needs to be designed:

Overall responsive site design
Slider on front page
page layout
blog layout
header
Footer
New logo
tables/toplists

This will need to be done on a test site so I can approve, before moving content over then uploading on to our hosting.

Ideally, you will have designed a gambling site before and have examples.
