Design Wordpress PSD based on existing template (with feedback from the client)

Description of every page: We are looking for a PSD design entirely based on an existing template (tweaking existing WP template’s design and capability).

The website only has 3-4 pages (really simple site). The theme we are going to use is this one: http://renovation.progressionstudios.com/​

Because the client has his own requirement hence we will need to come up with a customised design that's tweaked based on this existing theme (applying the client's logo and images the client requires etc). The client isn't sure about the main colour theme/tone of the site, so we will also need to provide 5 different colour themes for the PSD design.
