Design Responsive Landing Pages in MailChimp

I require landing pages to be desiged in Mailchimp that look professional and are designed to be responsive to gather potential customers details.

Initially there is 1 page required as a trial, and then ongoing projects if quality of work is acceptable. I will provide main images, content and RGB colours to be used.

PPH allow a buget of $10 minimum BUT the fixed budget for ONE LANDING PAGE is $5. Please do not bid if you cannot complete at this budget UNLESS it is foxed price for multiple pages e.g.$20USD for 4 landing pages.
