Design Responsive HTML Email Templates for use in Mail Chimp

Design details: We are looking for someone with experience in developing Responsive HTML Email Templates and who can write HTML code and Mail Chimp (Email Marketing and Marketing Automation tool) to design and upgrade our existing email templates in Mail Chimp to responsive email templates so that they can be viewed on mobiles. The email template design needs to adapt to be viewed on all devices.

The HTML Responsive email templates need to be designed so that they can be easily editable (both the Design and the Code) and used in MailChimp. We can give access details to our MailChimp account to the person awarded this job. We would need the HTML Responsive email templates to be provided to us as UTF 8 files. There will be a total of 7 HTML Responsive email templates that need to be designed.

Supporting information is attached including:
1. Text .txt file with code used in one of our existing email templates which is currently not responsive.
2. A PDF document showing the sections of the email template that need to be editable
3. PNG file of existing template to show design and visual style

Further information on the other 6 templates that need to be designed will be supplied to the person awarded this job.
