Design , PSD to HTML conversion

Description of every page: Should have very good design skills and understanding on bootstrap js and jquery mobile js and CSS

I will be sharing the PSD's, work involves ...

1. Need to make edits to the shared PSD's or create new psd's if required
2. However mostly it would be convert given PSD's to html, html5 for our mobile app
3. As the screens will be used for our Mobile apps (Android, iPhone, Windows) need to have experience in having the PSD design converted to the right HTML screens with proper configs

Overall I need an experienced Web designer having executed work similar in the past
