Design consulting and a mock-up

Hello,

My name is Spyros and I am looking for a professional designer to help me in the design part of web application I am building.

The gig is not big but needs some experience. So I want sb to help me:
1. As a design consultant to go through my prototype website and point out issue and suggestions for me to correct - especially font, space, UI,UX etc. I am thinking of it as a report from an expert, where he/she shows the problem and write a comment / suggestion.
2. As a designer to prepare a mockup design for a web report that will have information tables / graphs/ pictures about geographic area (I have a wireframe ready to give you an idea).
