Design and develop a word press website and logo

We will need a website designed. it will need to be sleek and professional. I have websites that i would like it to look like. We would like to be able to edit content ourselves so word press would be the platform we would like it built on. site would have 10-15 pages. We would like customers to be able to log in in and look at PDF reports of the progress of their work. We don't want to use any templates.

We have the writing that will go on the site.
