Design and develop a new web site using DotNetNuke or Umbraco

* In English only, a new web site must be developed using one of the free open source CMS (DotNetNuke or Umbraco which are developed by MS.Net technology). *

We need a Web Developer who has experience and highly skilled in (DotNetNuke or Umbraco) CMS to work with us in this project. She/He should also has high skills and a sense of art in the selection of colors and determine the frames for Web design templates with the addition of Flash.

The candidate developer must follow our standerd and the life cycle as the following:

1- You have to design and customize the complete web site including the 3 graphical template prototypes, CSS, front page flash, and adding the current content in the client\'s site for one time only.

2- You must update your work progress and keep contact with your team leader (via email and Skype) to understand the requirements.

3- You have to start this job by design 3 graphical template prototypes, and you should not take next step until our client agrees to a one of these prototypes.

5- Time is money, you must be fully committed to your tasks deadline, and any comments of client feedback .

Please, We are committed to our client time, if you have a problem with the time or you do not have enough experience to do this work; do not apply to this job.

First of all, you have to design 3 different prototypes (only graphical) to be presented to the client, and may be edited slightly ... until reaching the final interface approved by the client
