Design amendment of Website pages

We need some design amendments to the pages of an existing blog to better reflect the activity of the blog itself. This will involve keeping the current company motif and it's colours. Colours or shades of the colours of the motif can be used for the background of the Header and footer. We also require some very subtle graphics to suggest movement by major travel methods as most website visitors will use one of these to travel abroad.
We also require the website to be amended where necessary to make it more user friendly both visibly and functionally.
Colour codes for the current motif and logo will be supplied.
