Design a questionnaire using OO

To design a Web application based on a specification which has already been finalised.

We need a solution against the following criteria:

• Appropriate use of OO Principles in Design
• Effective design and use of appropriate design notations
• Effective separation of presentation from logic
• Extensibility
• Innovative features and approaches to solution

Using OO techniques, you are required to design a Web Application which enables research questionnaire surveys to be deployed via a Web page.
This Web application will allow each survey participant to undertake a survey of 10 questions.
Your application will provide a variety of question types (provided by the teaching team), that the survey participants must respond to. Once the survey is complete, summary statistics of the responses will be available for the administrators of the survey.
