Design a newletter template

Design details: I am looking for someone to design a template for a newsletter. It would probably have 20 photos of our work in it (sent out weekly with different photos) with the odd testimonial thrown in when we have them. I am aiming to send them out to people through facebook who have made an enquiry with us so not sure what the best format would be? Maybe a word document converted into a pdf.
Target audience: Will be sent through facebook messenger
Type of email needed: Newsletter
Ideas for the visual style: I have an existing email template which we could follow perhaps
