Design a header for a web site

Description of every page: Hi there we are The Medieval Scribe - we've been trading on the internet for 20 years selling medieval stationery and gifts.

We will shortly be launching a new web site and we would like to have a header designed for the site and also some page graphics to decorate some of the site pages.

The new site is dynamic and resizes to enable viewing on a PC, tablet and smart phone.

Please find attached the URL for our existing old web site and also the URL for the new web site.

Please note: DO NOT SUBMIT proposals for designing a web site from scratch. That has already been done. All that is required is the design of a header for the new web site and some graphic images.
