Design 2 x Joomla website from artwork provided but freedom to design

1) I need to design a new Joomla website at www.deancook.co.uk. This will consist of a main site with Seo made up of a home page featuring 20 support pages.

1 page will be the home page, 14 of these will be simple case study/testimonial pages to a common template, 3 pages will be business plan service (inc an e-commerce module with PayPal integration) for purchasing this in 4 flavours, small, medium, large and bespoke, marketing services and financial services. The final 3 pages will be a Call to Action, Blog, and Terms & Conditions/Cookies Policy.

Over time I intend to add additional pages x 4 on Social, Analytics, Video/Presentations, Sound/FX.

2) There will be a second site linked to this called www.zyzagarus.com. This will be made up of 10 pages. Page 1 will be Home page which includes the ability to buy 4 books. This will need PayPal integration. The first 3 books will have a dedicated page with soundcloud file examples and will be fully designed with flexibility to add your own stamp. Page 5 Characters with sound files, Page 6 about the author, Page 7 coming soon Book 4, Page 8 Call to Action with Form, Page 9 Blog and Social, page 10 Terms & Conditions and Cookies Policy.
