Dating Site undergoing Rebrand

I currently own a Dating site in the Disabled niche market. I am looking to get the design out of its current template form and create a brand around it as i\'m also just entering the South African market. The design has to be visually appealing but must also be high converting into registrations. Upon a successful bid being accepted, i would brief more on the elements i require to be within the site.

Please note: I do not want applications from Programmers/developers etc. This is purely design and once complete, the source PSD file should be sent over to me so i can convert it into html. I am a developer myself and don\'t need help with that side of things. This is purely a design brief so only designers need apply. It would be better if you have done dating related sites. A portfolio is a must for me to accept any bids!
