Dating site from scratch.

Start a dating site.
Getting people to register and have free access to profiles. Members must be able to creat own profiles.
Then they the members can upgrade upon payment. Must have chat between members and abilty to send messages and be able to upload photos.
Ultimately to progress towards something similar to mulima.com, nikah.com etc. This is a complete new start up. Will also need help with hosting.
We can discuss details. Once we get the site active and functional, as a separate job, the site would be upgraded.
