Dashboard-style Homepage Design

We are looking for a designer to create a modular dashboard-style homepage for our growing website. Its purpose is to collate a lot of information from various areas of our website and present it in an easy view in one place (the homepage). Key challenges are to ensure it is clean, clear, attractive and contains a lot of information without looking cluttered. Attached is an initial design done by myself, which is an indication of what we're looking to achieve.

This is DESIGN ONLY at this point (PSD/CDR etc)

PLEASE NOTE: I need to see examples of something similar to the above from a previous or demo WEB/UI/UX work example. If you don't have an example of very high quality UI work, please don't bid. Thanks.
