Customizable Premium Wordpress theme

Hi all. Mine is a start up medical website(Blog) interested in a creative and customized premium word press theme which also hosts a online store( Vitamins, medical supplies, pet supplies, dental, organics) have slide show in the main page....I am looking for something which is easy to access and at the same time making it competitive with the big companies. I have some more templates coming up, any one doing a great job in this will have more to come up.Thanks
