Customise a Magento Go Template

Hello, I would like a Magento Go template customised to suit the look and feel of my brand. The customisation required is mainly basic ie: moving headers, footers, changing colours and adding features including page layouts and ensuring full funtionality of site.
I am based in London and will preferably like to work with someone local although not exclusively. I am hoping to get someone brilliant with good work ethics.
