Customisation - Wordpress Template

I wish to deploy a template called JobRoller from http://www.appthemes.com/themes/jobroller/ to set up a Job Board website.
The customizations I need are:
1. Replace standard logo image with a new one for my business (I will supply the .gif file)
2. On listings / search listing page – display the “Job Category” under the Job Title (followed then by the Employer Name)
3. When selecting Job Category only present items that are relevant to the Job Type selected. For example, for Job Type = “Temporary” the Salary items should only be “Per Hour” values.
4. Include a field to allow Employers to select Currency to be aligned with Salary information.
5. Add two additional pages – “Terms & Conditions” and “Privacy Policy” – and provide hyperlinks to these new pages in the template footer. Note: I will supply the required word content for these pages.
