Custom Portal Page coded

I am in need of a custom portal page coded. The design is done and all the files regarding it can be found at inlcuding the psd.

I need the firedq.swf positioned in the circle properly, the rest css coded of course. I need the news posts to be shown from my invision power board forum, forum=130 I need to show the last 3 topics.

I obviously need a login/password to connect to my invision power board database. When logging in I need the username used to be searched for in the other database for the DKP Scripts ( eqdkp-plus.com script ) which is located at http://ebonlore.org/dkp/listmembers.php

I need the member_current to be displayed which is derived from member_earned - member_spent + member_adjusted fields in the eqdkp_members table within the axem_dkp database.

The files needed are attached and below is where I see in listmembers.php is the line where I got that from.

I need member_current displayed based on the username.
