We want a funky about us timeline, be about 15/20 events along the timeline covering the start of the business until present day, something like the below but with images/illustrations to help tell the story visually:


this is what really happened (in roughly the right order)..

After years spent working for others and a few rather more awesome years travelling throughout Asia, RichOak was born on return to UK shores, in the heart of rural Shropshire.
Started up during the 2007/2008 recession (we don’t like to make things easy for ourselves) with a small core team, some of who are still with us to the present day
From the start we had seen how others do oak frames and we decided we could do better.
Started out with our very first projects, mostly garages
Launched our first website! Milestone!
Honed our skills on many varied projects and perfected our overclad system
Started offering an extended service to include planning applications
Trained apprentices
Travelled UK wide to build the business, stayed in lots of places (some really awful hotels!)
Expanded into larger projects, home extensions, orangeries, garden rooms etc
Updated our website
Recruited a slightly larger team (trained some more apprentices)
Purchased our sawdust briquette machine (wanted one of these for years!)
Worked on many more exciting projects across the UK
Updated our website for a third time with some up to date pretty pictures!
And here we are!
