CSS3 theme expert for Theme design (Part 1, basic layout)

Part 1 of theme design: the basic layout. There will be about 12 other parts for this theme. We shall require 25 themes. Work is for part 1 basic layout, more to follow after accurately completed spec.

Using CSS3 properties, with jQuery components (or components of another library) to build a layout according to image 3. Image 1 displays raw layout and image 2 displays same layout with left flap. Flap must open and close from icon. Sass CSS build. Sass can import components from frameworks like Bootstrap for Sass build but must not import full framework from CDN. Avoid Mixins where possible. Fully responsive Flex layout with breakpoints (px 176, 768, 1920, 4096, 16k).

We require files so we can test with our own build system (Laravel-mix).
