Description
Experience Level: Entry
To add the finishing touches to a web app. The app has been programmed, but now needs continuity and style
we are an education consultancy based in the UK, we are looking to develop our web app to fit with the look and feel of our developing corporate identity.
At this stage we have a working un-styled model of the app which is available on request.
The site is aimed at technophobic teachers, not those used to social networks. It must therefore work on all browsers and be fast to use. We are therefore attempting to avoid anything that is processor hungry.
Ideally we would look to work on mobile browsers and across platforms.
Issues that we currently have are:
• Ensuring that the copy only fills 60-75% of the screen
• Designing and placing the buttons
• ... particularly on the first page invite
• The style and placement of elements in the light boxes
• Adding double columns to light boxes
• Placing the vertical margin line
• Fixing the footer to the foot of the page
• Any other points that may add a CSS flourish
