Creative, out of the box thinking webdesigner needed

I am looking for a creative web designer who is happy to roll with a project and to adjust and implement as we go.
The website is for an interior designer who will also hold home boutique events. This is not your usual company structure/ setup but a quirky and unusual project and an unusual way of working!
The website will consist of about 8 pages including features like a scrapbook, video and music streaming. It needs to be 'Ipad Perfect' so n flash design please. It will be all about the graphic.

Will really suit someone who is not too corporate minded and can show they have done some properly creative designs in the past. Not interested in standard template-like design. We really want to create something different and fun.

The project would start as soon as possible and we would ideally like to see some progress after about 2-3 weeks time. Not the end product of course, but at least something we could work from.

The interior designer is a lovely lady who I am very close to and the project will be a collaboration between yourself, her and me. Because of this, it would be best to have someone in the same timezone (we are in London, UK).
