Creating a new website

Hi, I am looking for someone who can create a website where people will be able to come and purchase online courses and mentoring packages.
The courses people purchase will be for property education
I have created a mood board and have picked 1 or 2 websites that will be a good starting point for my own website.
I do not have all content for the website fully prepared so the creation will be for the skeleton of the website which I will later input the relative details
I would ideally like the website created on Wix but I am open to having it hosted on other platforms as well
