Create emailers

Create non-web pages (2), with little graphics, mostly text, 2 uploaded images, will provide graphics, that will be emailed to potential clients when they inquire about advertising on our site. These two non-web pages will provide specsifcations to the potential advertiser.
And also create (1) color graphic design emailer that will be sent as a marketing email to promote leads, sent through an email program.
I have paint mockups for all three (3) of these pieces so you will not need to design, only create from our mockups. AND will possibly utilize your services for ongoing email program, you create emailers and we provide mockups, combinationof both, three to four a month. But only need bid on the three pcs descripted above, for now.
