Create duplicate of my site (Yii Framework/PHP)

I have a daily deals website which is built using couponic from uniprogy (yii framework) and i now want to create a copy of this site to target a specific niche. The functionality will remain the same, but i will change the logo, colour scheme and text, and link it to a new domain.

I need someone to do this for me. It would seem like a pretty simple job as you basically only need to make a copy of the site with some minor graphic changes.

Please advice me on charges and availability.
