Create a Bootstrap based HTML PAGE for a Multi-functional Report (Table)

Description of every page: I need Designs for a single page HTML Report with a Table, with the following elements:

> Responsive Table (Should work on Mobiles and Tablets (like FooTable http://fooplugins.github.io/FooTable/)
> Option to Freeze Header or Specific Columns
> Option to Select 'Each Individual Row' with a checkbox or 'All Rows'
> Full Pagination (with Results Summary, like, 'Showing X results of XX' and option to select number of records per page) and option of infinite scrolling
> Option for 'Cozy/Comfy/Compact' layouts like Gmail (where the cell-padding etc change to allow for more or less number of rows to comfortable fit in the same area)
> Summary Section on Top
> Sortable Columns
> Option to choose which Columns to show/hide
> Action Buttons to Export to Excel / PDF etc. ; Print; Email
> A Simple version of the table which can be embedded in an email
> Filter's Section
> Option for Tabs above the table
> Section at the bottom for all the calculations

I am open to using Third Party plugins (Open source and Otherwise), no need to make it from scratch.
