Convert Wordpress theme design to a PHPbb3 theme

I have a custom Wordpress 3 theme I am using for a blog.

I need the header of this blog converted in to a phpbb3 theme, so I can keep the look of my site consistent throughout. I will also need the rest of the phpbb theme to be modified inline with the header and blog colour scheme.

The header incorporates 2 JQuery drop down menus and a banner ad, so nothing too complex.

I will need the phpbb theme thoroughly tested on a seperate site and the files supplied in line with phpbb theme requirements.
