Convert PSD to use as Email Signature with Hyperlinks

Need help converting attached Photoshop layout to use as an Outlook signature with hyperlinks. Would like to "learn" how to do this so I can do it for the several other employees we have and also be able to change as necessary. We have many other design projects coming up in the near future that we will need more detailed help and expertise on, but wanted to find someone willing to help me with this "simple" project to begin with.
