Convert Bootstrap Static website into Wordpress with custom field options

Hi,

I have a Twitter Bootstrap website, can provide local files for you to check out if required. That hard coded site layout needs finishing off for mobile and tablet views, it's not far from finished but has a few minor bits that need doing like the bootstrap mobile menu etc.

Then I'd like this site putting into Wordpress using advanced custom fields so it's fully managed in the CMS. I want you to use a Bootstrap framework where you can apply the styling, don't use a fully developed theme and modify to suit, that's sloppy and so last year.

Finally, I need this completing ASAP. Please quote your price, when you can finish and say that you are an expert if you are, hired a lot of cow boys on here and need to make a change.
