Comparator website development

I am looking for a comparator website to be developed with a web/mobile web front end. I want the site to search the other specific websites own search engines for particular key words/products as well as searching by specific sites. Then return the searches aggregated by the website they're found on and by price.

An example would be www.mysupermarket.co.uk/ but where they search for prices from all the food super markets I want to search other specific retail sites.

I guess I need to know technically is the above feasible without any api integration from the specific websites.
