COMMUNICATIONS/graphics pro!

Seek a VERY talented Communications and Graphics designer who has solid experience designing and developing across a variety of mediums and channels, but especially focused on exceptional HTML emails.

The most important criteria I'm seeking is a VERY SENIOR ability to be able to conceive highly engaging visuals to effectively communicate very complex ideas and messages in the limited real estate available in an email medium. Almost tied with this is that you need to be able to produce really well WITHOUT expecting me, as the client, to do the job for you! In other words, I know what OUTCOME I want, and the goals I'm needing met, but I do NOT know how to best achieve that in the email designs (so please don't start off by asking me to send examples as I don't have any).

You need to be able to review a range and variety of materials I have available and then, from that input information, be able to produce designs that meet my outcomes/GOALS aligning the style to my general taste preferences.

The first project is for an initial single email design, and will be capped at 15 billable hours max but, IF you can meet my needs for:
- ability to review and research information to inform what and how needs to be communicated in your visuals
- clear, detailed communication between you and myself
- timeliness, follow up, and reporting
- deliver when, and what, you say you will

then there is a bunch more work that I will need done immediately following and in the near term.

P.S. I don't have the copy (the text) for this email as i will develop that based fairly heavily off of the design so that visuals and text work together well and layout well as well.
