so you need to design http://classifieds.demoflynax.com/,
while designing few things needs to be added.

1. I need a placeholder for big banner,
2. I need to show urgent ads .
3. below that i need to show feature ads,Recently posted, Mostly Viewed,
4. Recently Viewed ads all in one panel.

the colour theme is blue , you can use white,black, grey in combination with blue

Basically the body should have what all the attached sketch has..
