Changing a one-page homepage with two languages...

...(2xindex files) to a new Design (Template already bought).

My customer wants to change his on-page homepage with two languages (English = standard / German) to a new template.
English = index.html
German = index_de.html
Most of the texts are used in the same way, unless otherwise noted in this document.

The template has already been purchased and is included with the order: index-default.html

What is the job
• Optimization of the logo (vector data included). the logo should be sharp, even if small. Logo: Please create 3 different sizes from vector (transparent) to bitmap (transparent, png):
(1x favicon, 1x homepage logo size, 1x with = 300px, 1x with = 600px, 1x with = 1000px).
Please also save the optimized vector data.
• Optimize all necessary images and adapt them for the new homepage.
• Create a new homepage in two languages (2 x index files) using the new SHOMA template.
• The homepage must work very well on the mobile phone and be 100% compatible. Specifically iPhone.
• If possible, no Google elements should be loaded externally. For example, do not use fonts from Google (external) and possibly save them locally on the server or use other standard fonts.
• Contact Form change with captcha local
• Support for small changing after the job for about 3 days

When you have read the whole text and understood it, write the word TWIN in your offer-text at the start.

Workflow:
I create a subfolder on the current domain with all the data for creation. Please create the new homepage in this subfolder. After that I will move the new homepage to the main folder. The freelancer receives the FTP data beforehand.
