Changes to my existing website

We want to change our current Admin panel to allow practitioners to login and create orders for their customers. I think this means adding filters and options to alter what different users will see

We have a PHP MySQL database.system. The coding is bespoke and you may need to check before accepting the project.

Customers currently register an account and purchase blood tests,
We would like to amend our site to allow our professional clients to add multiple customers on their account and create orders for them.

This is a task I would like to complete quickly. I am allowed only 3 days to set it up.
I will be available to help along the way to answer any questions and check updates.

Some amendments may be made during the project to make things easier or more streamlined.
Please allow for this.

I think there will be a new page to add to the main website, changes to filters and adding information to our c panel - admin area of the site
Possibly also the shopping cart as we will be offering some practitioners credit accounts
