Changes on Google

Hi we are looking for some changes on our google account and are unsure as to how to make these, I have listed these below hoping someone can help who has experience in basic google business

1. We have 2 active accounts on google when our company name is typed in - C2 Construction, I have access to 1 but not the other unsure of passwords etc but should be able to get these back as they are tied back to our current emails, We would like one removing please so it is one main google page only that takes you to our website
2. The google page we would like to continue with a little drop down on our unit to show where we are located, I have tried but google won't let me complete this and put it where I want it
