Changes needed to html email template

Design details: We recently had a html email template designed for a forthcoming event campaign.

We require a couple of very simple changes to the template, but the designer is not available at the moment and we need the work to be done at short notice.

You will see at the bottom, there is a space where company logos are shown (partners, sponsors etc). The template is set to include four logos in one row. We would like to increase this to six logos in one row.

Note that the design is mobile responsive and needs to remain so when this change is made.

Secondly, we would like instructions on how we would add a row of logos under a header. For example, if we have 12 associated sponsors, we would need to add a second row of 6, but are not sure how to do this.
