Can you help me do final touches on my desktop application?

I have about 90% of my application complete. However, there are some windows in my desktop application that I would like to get your opinion on how to improve them ( design-wise). I know for a fact that the main screen (main.png) needs improvement since it looks so simple. You can rearrange the labels, textboxes and combo boxes if you like. Since I'm not a designer, I am clueless as to how to improve the design AND color scheme of my application. BY THE WAY, I need .xaml files. thanks.
