CAKE PHP WEBDESIGNER REQUIRED FOR WEB DEVELOPMENTS

Cake php web designer required to work on developments of our existing website . Preferably with a graphic design background due to layout improvements and illustrative nature of the website.
We require the following skill set:
• Solid knowledge of web-coding; as we will need sites current coding to be assessed and feedback.
• Excellent knowledge of website content & layout; integrating & harmonising this with SEO, Affiliate marketing, advertising space & social media (i.e. live Twitter/facebook feed boxes; like & share buttons; blog pages).
• Knowledge of case management systems & databases for information gathering. Designing of a registered user login area, newsletter subscription and donation facility.
• Good understanding of general website standards and practices.
• We are looking for innovation & creativity; someone that can communicate well and work promptly but also make great suggestions that will improve & enhance our site. That can tell us what currently works well with our site and what does not, and why.
• We will require clear breakdowns time/quotes/costs for doing the developments.
