Build me the worlds best web site

Hi all
The price guide is not set, in stone if you charge more just quote for the job with your price and a little note has to what sets you and your services apart from others who are offering to do the work within budget listed.
I require a FANTASTIC web site building of 7 -10 pages.
I am launching a additional company to compliment what I already do(landscaping)
The company is going to be called Lawn Frog and the service it will offer is primarily weekly/fortnightly lawn mowing and/or flower bed maintenance both to the domestic and the commercial market.
Whilst this company is new I intend to look at the virtues of franchising the name and service out in a couple of years once proven.(I have built and sold businesses in the past)
I am not a computer person etc so do not start coming back to me with nerd phrases etc.
I have also offered on people per hour the design work for a company logo based on a frog that will be then used on all company material.
This web site will have to stand out, no sorry it will have to LEAP OUT and appeal to potential clients and convince them we are the best in the industry & they will go to hell and damnation if they do not take our services up.
The site must be appealing to as a diverse section of viewers as is possible
Ideas include on front page a cartoon running with a frog mowing a lawn there after images of work to date ,who we are, how to contact us, why to use us, discount offers , options of contract or pay as we mow,
Wording to incorporate & wording to omit.
Assistance in logo's catch phrases to grab attention
Whilst this industry is not swamped with competitive web sites, I would like to think whoever takes this contract on has the capabilities of getting the site has close to the top of Google with as many different related searches as possible
I.e. lawn mowing, grass mowing, grass cutting, lawn cutting, ground maintenance,ground care, lawn services, franchise, any area 20 mile radius of Preston Lancashire they type in,(I do not need to be seen in an area I dould not visit over 20 miles from Preston) if they type a competitors name in search box, if they type a similar service in their search engine such as lawn feed, Green thumb, Lancashire lawn care, matt’s mowing etc
Whoever gets this job, providing expected goods are delivered at a standard meeting or exceeding my expectations will then carry on getting additional work from my-self as I do not have time to swop and change on a continues basis.
I will require proof of work you have recently carried out, by this I mean you, not as part of a team, not the company you are employed by as a basic assistant
I am prepared to offer this job to a person who is relatively new to web design that has modern new and inspirational ideas however I will not be anyone’s first job.
I would prefer it if you have reviews and you must be UK based.
I have attached two images , one of them once adjusted will be the company logo ,the one that looks like a happy lawn mower will be altered to look like a happy frog mowing a lawn
The one with the frog stood up mowing a lawn will be altered to give the frog more body look happy and grass nice green and lush
