Need a booking engine for my new minicab office website.
Don't need huge back-end database.
What I need is explained below.
FRONT END:
A very simple to use form for customer.
they have to select whether the journey is airport/station or town/postcode.
if they select airport/stations journey, fixed price quote is given to them as pre-described in database table [from airports/stations to set postcodes]
if they select town/postcode journey, then after entering the from and to location that could be a postcode or town, they will be given a calculated price quote [ using google maping via mileage calculation ]
if the customer is happy with the quote, he selects the number of cars and then enter further information about him to proceed to checkout.
checkout will give him the option either to pay via paypal or pay cash to the driver.
once the booking is submitted, it should be emailed to the given email id. [thats it]
BACK END:
We need a very simple admin area.
1. we can be able to enter fixed prices from postcodes to stations/airport or from airports/stations to postcodes.
2. We should be able to define a price matrix for postcode to postcode or town to town journeys via mileage calculation.
for example, we should be able to enter prices like this,
min fare
from 1 mile to 2 miles price = £2 per mile
from 2.01 miles to 3 miles price.....
from 3.01 miles to 5 miles......
from 5.01 miles to 7 miles......
and so on.
3. we should be able to define prices for different sorts of vehicles.
like saloon, estate, mpv
[thats it]
WHO WE WANT TO WORK WITH.
Some one who can handle our project on priority basis. we need it to be done as soon as possible.
some one who can produce a demo for our approval on or before Sunday.
Some one who have handled such project before. and can show any running website with his project. [if not then have such skills to carry out this job effectively.]
you will need to send us the system demo first and then we will release our system design.
