Blog template support in Shopify

Part 1: Overarching Blog creating and then adding sub categories

We are currently in the process of building our new website using the Shopify Theme ‘Focal’. We are initially wanting someone to support in creating an overarching blog page like the attached. For the part which says ‘View’ we are wanting the following filters (highlighted in yellow):

1. Day in the Life
2. Product Showcases
3. Products to the Limit
4. Interviews

We do a lot of customer collaborations so on these particular pages we want to show as much as we can. Please see attached of a design I am wanting created.
