Bespoke Website Designer

I am looking for an experienced, talented web designer to design a professional commercial website for a project I am working on. This is not a template job but a bespoke project with a measure of complexities which will require experience in programming of some sort, so please no chancers. Candidate must also have experience with e-commerce and payment gateway integration. A full script of the job description will be provided to the successful vetted batch of candidates.
All bidders in addition to their pitch must include samples of their best websites they have developed, failure of which will result in an automatic rejection of the bid.
The designer should commit to finish the project within 45 days from first day of commencing the project.
All bidders much come from the UK. The successful candidate must be willing to eventually meet up in the North East of England for a final face-to-face before the project is commenced.
