Bespoke web page design (design only)

Hi,

I am looking for a web designer preferably with 10+ years experience to design my private members area page. This will be for the design only and will be the page users go to when they log into the member area of my website.

The page should include a place where users membership info is displayed and have links to the main sections of the site that are accessed by members' only.

I only need the design and PSD files. My programmer will turn it into a real webpage.

I prefer the look of the old classic web design from 6 years a go or so. I don't want any type of Wordpress or web 2.0 look and feel.
