Basic one page template based on photoshop image

I am writing on behalf of a relative, not a very experienced web user, I was wondering if possible you could code a one page site/template. Images can be supplied, the site has already been mocked up in photoshop, the requirement is that the site be XHTML/CSS coded, meeting industry standards. We would like the site to have a fluid layout, 2 images can be sent to demonstrate the site as would like it, as well as the layout in different widths.
The images, we would like viewable in fullsize, an image overlay such as lightboxJS has been suggested to us as a method of achieving this.
I am unsure what this next element is but it has been suggested and requested • hcard markup for contact details.

The timescale is before midnight 27th January, preferably if possible the end of the week. I appreciate this might not be necessary due to other commitments. If you are interested, please get in touch with a quote.
