Backend server maintenance - PanicGuard

We are looking for someone who can help us further develop and maintain our back end, and also front end if possible!

We are an extremely innovative app based personal safety business and we have very large ambitions indeed, so need to be up for a challenge and grow with the opportunity....this is may start out as a few days a month but could grow substantially larger.

What we really are looking for is a someone who has can think on his/her feet and has ideas and opinions rather than just "tell me what needs fixing and i will do it" attitude!

You will need to be based in the London area or at least be able to travel into London once or twice a month!

As minimum you will need the skills below:

Back end:
Object Oriented PHP
Linux system administration
Subversion version control system
Apache configuration (both httpd.conf and .htaccess, plus mod_rewrite)
Experience of cronjobs and command line PHP scripts

Front end:

Excellent HTML & CSS
Excellent JavaScript / AJAX / JQuery
Smarty template system for PHP
Experience of Photoshop and web graphics creation/manipulation
Experience with Google Maps API 3 and Google Geolocation services
